ARROYO'S MEN LINKED TO ALLEGED DESTABILIZATION PLOT

Retired General Danilo Lim confirmed Tuesday that there is grumbling within the military, and linked the past administration to it.

Lim, a former rebel military officer who led an uprising against then President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, said a group is calling on soldiers to resign over President Benigno Aquino's decision not to wage an all-out war against the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF).
