A CONVICTED Chinese drug lord supposed to be serving his jail term at the National Bilibid Prisons is missing, triggering fears he could have already escaped or is one of the prisoners getting VIP treatment and being allowed to go outside jail like the moneyed prisoners such as former Batangas Governor Jose Antonio Leviste.
Highly-reliable Journal Group sources from the Philippine National Police said they have long been asking concerned BuLor officials to present to them Frank Chua but their request have fallen on deaf ears.
