Tropical depression "Basyang" has weakened into a low pressure area (LPA), PAGASA said late Saturday. The weather bureau, in its 11 p.m. bulletin, said all public storm warning signals have been lowered. As of 8 p.m., the LPA was spotted 559 kilometers west of Coron, Palawan. PAGASA earlier said the weather disturbance is forecast to move west at 30 kph.
