AQUINO ORDERS OFFENSIVE, AIR STRIKES BUT 'NOT VS MILF'; 8 KILLED IN ZAMBO SIBUGAY

By InterAksyon President Benigno Aquino III has ordered a military offensive against the killers of the 19soldiers in Basilan but insisted that the operations are against criminal elements including the bandit group Abu Sayyaf, not the Moro Islamic Liberation Front. Speaking to reporters on Monday, Aquino rejected calls for an "all-out war" against theMILF, and said intensified military and police operations were tactically focused to capture only those behind atrocities.
