Without cheating, Poe would have won by 1-M votes in 2004 polls, says ex-judge

Former Shari’ah circuit court judge Nagamura Moner said on Tuesday that Poe would have defeated then President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo by “at least one million” votes had his group not facilitated cheating in seven areas in Mindanao.
