Did a band of election operators who were assembled to form “the last line of defense” cost the late Fernando Poe Jr. the victory in the 2004 presidential race?
Former Shari’ah circuit court judge Nagamura Moner said on Tuesday that Poe would have defeated then President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo by “at least one million” votes had his group not facilitated cheating in seven areas in Mindanao.
