By HANNAH L. TORREGOZA, Manila Bulletin Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile said Sunday that international monitoring organizations should stay out of the government’s peace talks with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF).
Enrile said the government negotiating panel can do without the assistance of international monitoring organizations and that there is no need for other nations to intrude in the peace talks as it may only aggravate an already complicated situation.
