Make public Philippine Airlines' (PAL) letter. This is the fight Attendants and Stewards Association of the Philippines (FASAP) challenge to the supreme Court (SC) after an unprecedented move by the high tribunal to recall a resolution that supposedly resolved with finality Fasap's case against the flag carrier for the retrenchment of 1,423 of its members in 1998.Speaking to reporters at the sidelines of a protest staged by Fasap at the high court Tuesday while the magistrates sat in full court session, FASAP spokesman Dennis Ortiz said PAL counsel Estelito Mendoza's letter dated September 13, 2011, which led to the recall of the 2nd Division's resolution promulgated last September 7, should be divulged in full to the public to once and for all douse suspicions undue influence caused the court to recall the ruling.
