Kumalat ngayon sa Facebook, Twittter at iba pang social networking sites ang mistulang pag-alma ng sikat na American talk show host na si Oprah Winfrey sa resulta ng Miss Universe 2011 pageant.
Sa mga impormasyong kumalat sa mga social networking sites, inihayag umano ni Winfrey na ang kandidata ng Pilipinas na si Shamcey Supsup ang karapat-dapat na mag-uwi ng Miss Universe crown.
Ayon daw kay Winfrey, kung ang question and answer portion lang ang pagbabasehan ay malaki ang lamang ng ating pambato lalo na't si Shamcey ang bukod tanging hindi gumamit ng interpreter.
Hindi tulad ng ibang napabilang sa Top 5 finalists, walang pagkakataon si Supsup na makapag-isip pa ng kanyang isasagot sa interview portion.
"I have reservations with the results. If the only basis is the Q and A portion..., after having been trimmed down to 5, Ms. Philippines deserved to win. What made her different from the rest is that she had no seconds to rethink of her answer as she had no interpreter to break the ice. The rest had their interpreters and having breaks on seconds to think about their answers. Hands down, Ms. Philippines answered straight to the point," pahayag umano ni Oprah Winfrey na kumalat sa social sites.
