Lawmakers agreed yesterday to revive discussions on amending the 1987 Constitution – at least its economic provisions – through a bicameral constituent assembly.The consensus emerged during the first legislative summit initiated by Speaker Feliciano Belmonte Jr. held at the Edsa Shangri-La Hotel in Mandaluyong City.
