Ronnie Alcano will try to become the first Filipino player to win a billiards triple crown when he competes in the World 9-Ball Championship in Doha, Qatar, on June 25 to July 2.Already a winner of the 2006 World 9-Ball Championship and 2007 World 8-Ball title, the second-ranked Alcano tries to win his third world crown as he spearheads the Filipinos joining the ranking tour event of the World Pool-Billiard Association.
