PRESIDENT Benigno Aquino 3rd on Tuesday expressed surprise at the Sandiganbayan’s approval of a plea-bargaining agreement between the Office of the Ombudsman and former military comptroller Carlos Garcia.
Speaking to reporters after attending the celebration of the 112th anniversary of the Commission on Audit, President Aquino said that the government would exhaust all legal remedies, including the filing of motion for reconsideration before the anti-graft court.
