PNOY ORDERS ZERO CASUALTY AS 'CHEDENG' NEARS PH

President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III ordered government agencies to ensure that there will be zero casualty once tropical storm Chedeng packs enough energy to wallop the country.

Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Undersecretary Graciano Yumul told a press conference in Malacañang that the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, Astronomical, and Services Administration (PAGASA) is giving “every hour, on the hour updates” on the track of the storm that is expected to turn into a “typhoon” in the coming days.
