There is a possibility that tropical storm “Chedeng” may hit Metro Manila, The Department of Science and Technology said Wednesday morning, after the tropical storm was seen in a continued westward movement. DOST said the possibility has been developing since Tuesday night.“Kapag tumama si Chedeng sa Samar, ang susunod na tatamaan ay Bicol. At kapag tumama sa Bicol, ang posibilidad na tumama sa NCR [National Capital Region] ay naroroon,” DOST Undersecretary Graciano Yumul told radio dzMM.
