Powerhouse China joined SMART-Gilas Pilipinas in Group D during the draw for the 2011 FIBA-Asia Championship for Men Wednesday night at the Holiday Inn Riverside in Wuhan, China.As host, the Chinese had the privilege to select which group it wanted to play in. Apart from China and the Philippines, Group D also features Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates.
