‘EGAY’ ACCELERATES; 7 AREAS UNDER STORM SIGNAL NO. 1

Tropical depression "Egay" accelerated slightly as it approached the northern tip of Cagayan province Sunday afternoon, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.

PAGASA, in its 5 p.m. advisory, said Egay is also moving towards the Batanes-Calayan Area in northern Luzon.
