The government’s hunt for illgotten properties of retired Maj. Gen. Carlos F. Garcia continues even with the approval of the plea bargaining agreement (PBA) by the Sandiganbayan, Deputy Special Prosecutor Robert Callos said Friday.
Callos said Garcia is still under prosecution for alleged unlawfully-acquired properties as stated in Criminal Cases Nos. 0193 and 0196, pending before the Sandiganbayan Fourth Division.
